The wave

Stand at the edge of the sea and watch a single swell travel toward you — pale and luminous in the sunlit shallows, gathering depth as it moves, until it holds the full, unhurried blue of the deep. The Nereids were the nymphs who rode those waves, sure and unafraid. We caught one such crest and set it on the wrist.

The Nereid Cuff follows a single wave as it rises: ribbons of warm gold fold into one another, and along the crest runs a current of blue sapphires, hand-set in a gradient that begins in the airy blue of shallow water and deepens, stone by stone, to a single royal-blue centre — the heart of the open sea.

Every stone sits in its own secure seat, and the places too narrow to hold a stone are left as clean, polished gold. Turn it in the light and the facets scatter blue fire; run a finger along it and every edge is smooth.

Wearing it

This is a piece with presence — the one you reach for when you want to walk into a room already certain of yourself: an evening that matters, a dinner under low light, or an ordinary day you decide to make extraordinary.

It is an open cuff, shaped to slip on from the narrow inside of the wrist and settle into place, the wave resting across the bone. The blue deepens beautifully against candlelight and warm lamplight, glancing back as you gesture. It is bold enough to be noticed, yet finished to be worn with ease — rounded everywhere it meets the skin, never sharp, never heavy to tend to.

It comes in one adjustable size that fits most wrists, and we will gladly make it to your exact measurement at no charge. Along the inner curve is a quiet place for a line of your own — a date, a name, a latitude, or "I was here" — engraved complimentary, kept between you and the sea.

Size & fit

  • One size, gently adjustable to fit wrists approximately 15–17.5 cm (5.9–6.9 in)
  • To have it made to your size, simply measure your wrist snugly with a soft tape where the bone sits, and add the measurement in centimetres or inches to your order note (or message us) — custom fit is complimentary
  • To put it on, slide it over the narrowest inside of the wrist and turn it into place; avoid pulling the two ends wide each time, so the opening keeps its spring
