Made-to-order production
Every Allen Moreau piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production; complex or custom designs may take 7–10 business days. Production begins only after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and Chinese public holidays.
Shipping method & delivery
Your order is shipped from our studio via DHL Express, fully insured and tracked. Express delivery is complimentary.
• DHL Express transit: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Estimated total time from order to delivery, including production: about 1.5–2.5 weeks.
• A signature may be required upon delivery.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate.
Shipping regions
We currently ship to the United States. If you are located in Canada, the UK, the EU, or another region, please contact us at allenmoreauofficial@outlook.com before ordering and we will arrange delivery for you.
Customs & import duties
All US orders are shipped delivery duty paid (DDP): shipping, customs duties, and import taxes are included in the price and covered by Allen Moreau, with nothing further charged on delivery. This applies to every order, including bespoke and high-jewelry pieces.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 24 hours at allenmoreauofficial@outlook.com. We cannot redirect a package after it has been dispatched. Packages returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur a re-shipping fee.
Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed by customs inspection, weather, or other events outside our control. We will keep you informed and help track your order, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
