Are your pieces ready to ship, or made to order?
Every Allen Moreau piece is made to order, crafted especially for you. Once you place your order, our atelier hand-makes, sets, polishes, and inspects your piece and prepares it for shipment within approximately 5–7 business days. We keep no mass-produced inventory.
How are your pieces priced? Can I personalize or commission a piece?
Each piece is individually designed and priced according to its design, metal, and stones; collection pieces begin at $295, while bespoke solid-18K gold, commissioned, and gem-set pieces are quoted individually. Every order can be made to your exact ring size with your choice of metal and stones, and discreet engraving is complimentary. For bespoke work, we share CAD designs and a precise quote for your approval, and production begins once full payment is complete.
Does my pendant come with a chain?
Yes. Every pendant arrives with a complementary chain, chosen to suit the piece. We offer a few chain styles and lengths; you are welcome to note a preference at checkout or tell us by email.
How do I choose my ring size?
Rings are made to your exact size — please see our Ring Size Guide. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering and we will help you measure with confidence.
Materials & authenticity
What are your pieces made of?
We work in sterling silver with a warm gold finish and in solid 18-karat gold (white, yellow, and rose). Our stones include lab-grown diamonds, lab-created colored gemstones, moissanite, moonstone, and selected natural stones such as amethyst.
Are these real diamonds? What exactly is moissanite?
We name every stone honestly. Moissanite is a brilliant, durable gemstone in its own right — it is not diamond, and we never present it as one. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds grown in a laboratory and are accompanied by IGI certification where available. Natural stones, such as amethyst, are described as natural.
Will the gold finish wear, or will sterling silver tarnish?
Our gold-finished pieces use a durable warm gold plating that wears beautifully over time and can be refinished by our atelier. Sterling silver naturally tarnishes with exposure; store your pieces dry and polish them gently. See our Jewelry Care guide for details.
Does my order include packaging and certification?
Every piece arrives in branded presentation packaging with an authenticity card describing its materials. Lab-grown diamonds include IGI certification, and every purchase is covered by a 1-year warranty.
Shipping, duties & returns
How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Shipping is on us. Every US order includes fully insured DHL Express delivery at no additional charge, typically 3–7 business days after your 5–7 business days of crafting — most orders arrive within about two weeks. A tracking number is sent the moment your order ships.
Will I be charged customs duties or import tax?
No. The price you pay is final and includes shipping, customs duties, and import taxes to the United States. We handle customs clearance, so there are no additional charges to pay when your package is delivered.
What is your return policy?
Unworn, non-personalized pieces in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery with our prior authorization — please email us to arrange your return. For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Personalized, engraved, bespoke, and solid-18K pieces are final sale. What does your warranty cover?
Every piece is covered for one year from delivery against manufacturing defects, such as loose settings or structural flaws. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, tarnishing, improper care, or repairs made by anyone outside our atelier. If you believe a piece has a manufacturing defect, contact us with photos and we will repair or replace it.
