Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Allen Moreau piece. Please read this policy carefully.
Returns — standard collection pieces
You may return eligible items from our standard collection within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
• Unworn, unused, unaltered, and in original, resaleable condition;
• In their original packaging, with all tags, the certificate of authenticity, and any included accessories;
• Accompanied by your order number as proof of purchase.
Returns must be authorized first
Please contact us at allenmoreauofficial@outlook.com before sending anything back. Returns shipped without our authorization may be refused.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked, insured service; the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final sale — custom & bespoke pieces
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where defective:
• Bespoke commissions and custom-designed pieces;
• Personalized or engraved items;
• Pieces made to specifications you provide that differ from our standard designs, including solid 18K gold pieces;
• Any item marked Final Sale.
Standard ring-size selection on our standard designs is not considered custom and remains eligible for return.
Defective or damaged items
If your piece arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a short video and your order number. We will offer a free repair, a replacement, or a full refund (including shipping), at our discretion. Manufacturing defects are resolved at no cost to you.
Condition of returned items
Items that show signs of wear, have been damaged or altered, are missing their certificate, tags, or packaging, or do not match the original piece may be refused or incur a repair or restocking fee, and may be returned to you at your expense.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item, typically within 5–7 business days. We are unable to refund to a different payment method.
Order cancellation
You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not begun. Because every piece is made to order, cancellations after production has started cannot be accepted.
Limited warranty
Your jewelry is covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects, such as loose settings or a faulty clasp under normal wear. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Contact us and we will make it right.
